A color value specified as a hex representation of the RGB triad in HTML-style syntax (#rrggbb) or as a color name ("white" and so on)
which specifies a color of item selection frame when the parent pane is out of focus.

Default value is "#d4d0c8".
This property is ignored if the UseSystemColors is set to true. Also, it works only for Thumbnails and AdvancedDetails view modes.
