There are some Basic Steps in Troubleshooting of ActiveX/Java Uploader we recommend to perform in the first place.

If you still have a problem you cannot solve, feel free to create a support case. Please, send the following information:

Detailed description of the problem. Please, do not send reports like "ActiveX/Java Uploader does not work". Details are necessary so that technical support staff could help you. In particular, describe what steps you carry out to reproduce the problem.
Operating system and the browser where you experience this problem. If the problem occurs on the client side, please, try to reproduce the problem with several browsers (if possible).
ActiveX/Java Uploader version would be very helpful too.
Code snippet which embeds ActiveX/Java Uploader. Please, try to send only relevant code (especially if the page is large).
Debug class output, please, see the Basic Steps in Troubleshooting of ActiveX/Java Uploader topic for information on how to get it.
Java console output (for non-Internet Explorer browsers only). See the Using Java Console topic to learn how to open the console.
Any other information that you think can help us, for example, screenshots.
