QualityMeter.BackgroundColor Property
Supported browsers:
Gets or sets a background color of the quality meter.

Property Value
Type: string
The background color of the quality meter.
The color string should be specified in a hex representation of the RGB triad in HTML-style syntax (#rrggbb).
Default value is "#ffffff".
